East Pennsboro's Zach Wertz recorded the longest rushing play in Mid-Penn - Capital this season in his game against Boiling Springs last week. Wertz's team beat the Bubblers as he sprinted for 58 yards on the play and finished with 58 in all.
Steelton-Highspire moved up to 127 from 173 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Steamrollers were able to move up by topping Trinity 44-0.
East Pennsboro's dynamic duo of Joshua Stambaugh and Ryan Turpin proved tough for Boiling Springs to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Stambaugh threw for 154 yards and 2 touchdowns and Turpin had 98 yards receiving.
Todd Stuter's team's dynamic duo of Stambaugh and Turpin proved to be unstoppable against Nate Freier's team, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Stambaugh put up the best numbers in passing as the Panthers bested the Bubblers.
Chris Holloman was the most successful running back in the league this week. He ran for 109 yards on 19 carries as Middletown defeated Boiling Springs. Teammate Kurt Day added to the ground attack by rushing for 43 yards.

The Shamrocks' Mike Boguski and Brandon Kuntz have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Boguski has thrown for 781 yards this season, while Kuntz, a 6-foot-4 receiver, has 25 catches for 486 yards. Garrett Stuter from East Pennsboro leads the league in rushing with 489 yards.
