Monticello came out on top against Zimmerman on Monday thanks in part to Carson Deibele's efforts. Deibele scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3, which was good enough to also set a new career-high in RBI.

Looking ahead, Deibele and Monticello will venture away from home to square off against Chisago Lakes Area at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
