Grant won the last time they faced Franklin and things went their way on Friday too. The Generals came out on top against the Quakers by a score of 21-14. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Generals.

Defeat or not, Franklin got some senior leadership from Cooper Haug and Rj Hunter. Haug gained 144 total yards, while Hunter rushed for 45 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Grant's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Franklin, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Grant will face off against rival Roosevelt at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Franklin is set to square off against their familiar foe McDaniel at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
