Rangely put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 52-14 victory over Caprock Academy at home. With Rangely ahead 31-7 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Rangely's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ashlynn Ducey, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Miah Wren was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with seven steals.
Meanwhile, Little Snake River scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They blew past Hayden 68-23 on the road. That 45 points margin sets a new team best for Little Snake River this season.
Rangely's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Little Snake River, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-4 record this season.
