 Ezekiel Academy's  draw gives them a new season record of 6-1-1. As for Evangel Christian,  the  victory  got them back to even at 4-4-1.
 Evangel Christian might still be hurting after the  6-1 loss they got from Ezekiel Academy  in their previous matchup  back in March. That  matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Lightning were down  4-0.
