Pasco was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. They were a single  set away from ending the streak, but they lost  a   3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Classical Prep Lions. If the Pirates were looking for revenge after losing  3-2 to the Lions when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
 In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Pasco sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 22-25, 25-23, 18-25,  15-7.
 Savana Denmark paced Pasco's offense, picking up 21 kills. Denmark got some help from  Karoline Zabilowicz and her 26 assists.  Morgan Frantz controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Pasco's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Classical Prep, the  win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pasco will head out to  face off against Land O' Lakes  at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Classical Prep, they will venture away from home to  square off against Hernando Christian Academy  at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday.
