There's no need to mince words: Healdton lost to Apache on Friday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 8-56. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Healdton of the 21-22 loss they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head.
Healdton are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4. The victory bumped Apache's record up to 2-1.
Next week Healdton take on Ringling at 7:00 PM. Healdton stagger into the contest hobbled by four consecutive losses while Ringling skip in buoyed by three consecutive wins. Apache will look to defend their home turf against Walters at 7:30 PM. Walters also lit up the scoreboard in their last match, so this could be a high-scoring match.
