Softball Recap: Trinity Presbyterian Has No Trouble Against Billingsley

Trinity Presbyterian picked up another tournament win on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Billingsley Bears as Trinity Presbyterian made off with a 9-3 victory. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by six runs or more this season.

Emma Rose Meldrum was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two triples and five RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Marley Sharpless, who scored two runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

Trinity Presbyterian's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Billingsley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Trinity Presbyterian has already played their next game, a 10-6 defeat against Brantley on the 29th. We've got a battle between Bears coming up.
