Inchelium extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Gaige Stensgar. The Hornets came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 76-70 W against the Curlew Cougars thanks in part to Stensgar, who picked up 194 receiving yards and five TDs. His receiving production has been exceptional as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 105 receiving yards.

Inchelium's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Curlew, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-3.

Inchelium wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 82-38 defeat against Garfield-Palouse on the 8th. As for Curlew, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 70-6 loss against Liberty Christian on the 7th.
