The Harlem Bulldogs will be home for the holidays to greet the Evans Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
Harlem waltzed into their contest Tuesday with three straight wins but they left with four. They secured a 56-52 W over Lincoln County.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Harlem to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kee Williams, who scored eight points along with six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Bj Reese, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Evans had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Greenbrier by a score of 66-57 on Friday.
Harlem has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Evans, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-5.
Harlem couldn't quite finish off Evans in their previous meeting back in November and fell 56-53. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Evans' Brice Wallace, who scored 20 points along with five rebounds. Now that Harlem knows the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? Check MaxPreps.com after the match to find out.
