Fremont has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against the Whitehall Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the pair posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
Last Thursday, Fremont beat Orchard View 58-50.
Meanwhile, Whitehall scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 91-54 win over Oakridge at home. Whitehall's win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Camden Thompson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 14 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kal Koehler, who scored 13 points along with three steals.
Fremont's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Whitehall, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0.
Fremont ended up a good deal behind Whitehall in their previous matchup back in February of 2023, losing 68-50. Thankfully for Fremont, Jack Houtteman (who scored 20 points along with six rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
