Muscatine had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They walked away with a 76-66 win over the Assumption Knights. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 80-61 back in January.

Muscatine's victory bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Assumption, their loss dropped their record down to 13-9.

Coming up, Muscatine will face off against Central DeWitt at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Central DeWitt's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven contests. As for Assumption, they will square off against Pleasant Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Pleasant Valley has won three straight at home, while Assumption won four straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
