Mt. Hebron have had to suffer through a 4-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything came up roses for them against Centennial on Friday as the squad secured a 47-0 win. The success represented a nice turnaround for Mt. Hebron, who in their last game suffered a tough 13-43 loss.
The victory bumped Mt. Hebron's record up to 1-4. Centennial are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.
Mt. Hebron will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Wilde Lake. Wilde Lake took a loss in their last matchup and are no doubt out to reverse Mt. Hebron's good fortune. As for Centennial, they will face off against River Hill. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
