After each having a week off, the Coosa Eagles and the Dade County Wolverines will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Coosa will be strutting in after a win while Dade County will be coming in after a loss.
Coosa took a loss when they played away from home back in September, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Friday. They blew past Armuchee, posting a 34-0 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Coosa relied on the efforts of Xander Sledge, who rushed for 141 yards and one touchdown, and Charlie Cannon, who threw for 173 yards and three TDs. Those 141 rushing yards gave Sledge a new career-high.
