Atlantic County Institute of Tech and the Middle Township Panthers squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but sadly Atlantic County Institute of Tech had to settle for second. They took a 52-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. Atlantic County Institute of Tech's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Middle Township to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bubba McNeil, who scored 21 points along with two steals. Anthony Trombetta was another key contributor, scoring 20 points along with four steals.
Atlantic County Institute of Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Middle Township, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-2.
Atlantic County Institute of Tech will take on Clearview at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Middle Township does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
