That's more bragging rights for the Highlanders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 Mason Allison looked comfortable as he  struck out seven batters over  four innings while giving up just one earned run off   four  hits. Those  seven  strikeouts gave  him a new career-high.
 At the plate,  Drew Sanchez was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and four  RBI. That's the most  stolen bases  he has posted since back in March of 2024.  Evan Lafferty was another key player,  scoring four  runs and  stealing  Two bases. while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Shadle Park  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .583. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Rogers only posted  an  OBP of  .318.
