Crete-Monee's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Simeon, their record now sits at 6-7.
 Crete-Monee will have a little extra prep time after the  loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Rich Township at 6:30  p.m.  on January 6, 2025. As for Simeon, they and Proviso East will face off  at 1:30  p.m.  on Friday without much rest having both just played.
