Lone Grove had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They never let the Comanche Indians get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. The Longhorns might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by eight runs or more this season.

Lone Grove's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-1. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Comanche, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season.

Lone Grove will challenge Sulphur at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Lone Grove 2.7, Sulphur 2.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Comanche, they will take on Lawton in a tournament on Thursday. Lawton has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.44 runs per game on average), something Comanche will no doubt try to take advantage of.
