Timothy Christian got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. They put the hurt on the Aurora Christian Eagles with a sharp 63-41 victory on Tuesday. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.
Leading Timothy Christian to victory were Sienna Azzinaro and Elisabeth Van Den Berg. Azzinaro went 9 for 18 en route to 22 points along with six boards and four steals, while Van Den Berg almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds.
