When it comes to explaining why Northwest Christian School lost, one person who can't be blamed is Asher West. Despite the final result, he scored 23 points. The match was West's eighth in a row with at least ten points. Jalan Clark was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
La Salle's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Northwest Christian School, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.
La Salle will finish 2023 at home by hosting Davenport at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. Davenport is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. Northwest Christian School will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against West Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. West Valley is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
