The Christian Learning Center Mustangs put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They really took it to Overland Christian for the full four quarters, racking up a 64-21 victory at home. Christian Learning Center might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won four contests by 20 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Rylie Allen, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it six consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Christian Learning Center's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Micah Bean, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 10 rebounds.
Christian Learning Center pushed their record up to 6-0 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Overland Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Christian Learning Center's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Heartland at 6:00 p.m. on December 12th. Overland Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Clinton Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on December 18th.
