Meanwhile, Dell City scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past Big Bend 64-44. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Dell City has managed all season.
Reyes Espinoza continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 20 points along with eight assists and eight steals. It was the first time this season that he posted eight or more assists. Another player making a difference was Isaac Estrada, who scored 13 points along with five assists and three steals.
Balmorhea dropped their record down to 5-7 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Dell City, their victory bumped their record up to 6-8.
