Basketball Recap: Grace Christian Extends Winning Streak to Four

Grace Christian had won three straight games and Isa Roman did her part to make it four on Thursday. The Grace Christian Crusaders simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the TPLS Christian Academy Lions 78-45 thanks in part to Roman, who posted 16 points in addition to five assists and five boards. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in steals (five).

Jordan Speller was another key player, dropping a double-double on 11 rebounds and ten assists. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more assists the last four times she's played.

Grace Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.7 points. As for TPLS Christian Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

Grace Christian has already played their next contest, a 63-9 victory against St. David's on the 17th. As for TPLS Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 56-48 loss against Carlisle on the 18th.
