The Strawberry Crest Chargers suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Wednesday. They had to suffer through a rough 66-15 loss at the hands of Wharton. Strawberry Crest has struggled against Wharton recently, as their match on Wednesday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the loss, Strawberry Crest still got an impressive performance from Jenna Tia, who scored seven points.
Strawberry Crest has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Wharton, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Strawberry Crest will square off against Sickles at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wharton, Wharton and Robinson will face off at 6:30 p.m. on January 19th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
