Veterans Memorial's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Gilbert Trillo, who rushed for 50 yards and a touchdown, and Alvin Trevillion, who rushed for 154 yards and a touchdown.
Their wins bumped Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North to 12-0 and Veterans Memorial to 10-2.
Everything went Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North's way against Veterans Memorial in their previous meeting back in November of 2022 as Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North made off with a 35-15 win.
