Redfield has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will take on the Webster Bearcats at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in South Dakota (Redfield is ranked 102nd, while the Bearcats are ranked 109th).
Last Tuesday, Redfield was the victim of a rough 58-32 defeat at the hands of the Battlers.
Meanwhile, Webster came up short against the Panthers on Tuesday and fell 40-28. Webster has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Redfield has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Webster, they dropped their record down to 5-10 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
Redfield strolled past the Bearcats in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 by a score of 49-31. The rematch might be a little tougher for Redfield since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
