South Hills is 5-0 against Everman since January of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The South Hills Scorpions will head out on the road to take on the Everman Bulldogs at 7:45 p.m. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
South Hills put the finishing touches on their fourth blowout victory of the season on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Southwest. The win made it back-to-back wins for South Hills.
They hit Southwest with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Brianna Coreas,
Isabella Sancen, and
Maria del carmen Tiliano.
Meanwhile, Everman entered their tilt with Polytechnic with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Everman narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Polytechnic 3-2.
South Hills is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4-2 record this season. As for Everman, their win bumped their record up to 5-7-1.
South Hills took their victory against Everman in their previous matchup back in March of 2023 by a conclusive 4-0. Does South Hills have another victory up their sleeve, or will Everman turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
