Woodbury extended the longest winning streak in Colonial - Patriot this week by beating Sterling, 28-22. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Thundering Herd.
Paulsboro took down Lindenwold 39-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Deshaun Burgess in the win.
The Lions' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Malik Muldrow threw for 58 yards and David Robinson had 39 yards receiving. On the ground Bryce Hill chipped in 67 yards. Hill helped Lindenwold's passing attack out by catching one ball for seven yards.
On the ground, Woodbury's Anthony Averertt has rushed for 545 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Derrick Burgess. The Paulsboro star has 24 catches for 263 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Audubon takes on Zac Valentine's team. As it stands, the Green Wave are in third, while the Thundering Herd are in first.
Woodbury and the Silver Knights played the most hotly contested game in Colonial - Patriot this week, with Woodbury eventually emerging with a 28-22 victory.
