Dilley is 0-10 against Crystal City since January of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. Meanwhile, Crystal City waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins but they left with three. They came out on top against Lytle by a score of 95-87.
Abran Palomo was a one-man wrecking crew for Crystal City as he went 7 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points and 4 assists. Christopher Mena was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 14 points and 11 assists.
Dilley's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-19. As for Crystal City, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-12.
Dilley took a serious blow against Crystal City in their previous meeting back in January, falling 95-59. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Dilley was down 56-31.
