Oakland recap November 5, 2013
Fremont scaled the state rankings by moving to 703 from 765 this week, the biggest jump in Oakland. The Tigers climbed the ranks as a result of defeating Skyline 6-0.
McClymonds took down Castlemont 60-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Skyline's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Titans feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Chris Pescador has thrown for 230 yards and 1 touchdown this season, while Armand Shyne has 11 catches for 163 yards.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Oakland Tech takes on Fremont. The Bulldogs are currently in third, while Terry Hendrix Jr's team is in second.
The Tigers made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,906 from 10,864. The improvement was the result of a 6-0 victory over the Titans last week.
