The Flinthills Mustangs won against the Pretty Prairie Bulldogs on Thursday with 41 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Sunday. Flinthills took down Pretty Prairie 41-24. That's two games straight that Flinthills has won by exactly 17 points.
Despite the defeat, Pretty Prairie had strong showings from Kaylea Robinson, who scored 13 points along with 3 blocks, and Ava White, who scored 5 points along with 5 rebounds. The game was Robinson's third in a row with at least ten points.
The victory was the third in a row for Flinthills, bringing their record for this year to 3-1. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 23 points. As for Pretty Prairie, their loss dropped their record down to 3-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Flinthills will take on Altoona-Midway at TBD on Tuesday. Altoona-Midway comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 24 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse. As for Pretty Prairie, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Oxford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
