The Windsor Warriors will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against the Hamden Green Dragons at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Windsor will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Connecticut Rankings (they are ranked 69th, while Hamden is ranked fifth).
Last Friday, Windsor came up short against Newington and fell 52-45.
Meanwhile, Hamden came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with 26 straight wins dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.1 points) and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against Guilford as Hamden made off with a 63-39 victory.
Windsor bumped their record down to 1-3 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Hamden, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.
