Horseshoe Bend had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They were given a punishing 0-48 loss at the hands of Murtaugh. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Horseshoe Bend off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Murtaugh a 1-0 record.
Next week, Horseshoe Bend take on Glenns Ferry at 7:00 PM. As for Murtaugh, they will face of against Mackay.
