Volleyball Recap: Dickinson Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

Dickinson won the last time they faced La Porte, and Athina Rodriguez did her part to make sure it happened again. The Gators were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bulldogs on Friday with plenty of help from Rodriguez, who had 15 digs and two assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-16, 25-23.

Dickinson is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season. As for La Porte, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

Dickinson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Foster on the 23rd. As for La Porte, they will head out on the road to challenge Crosby at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
