 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Abby Han, who  got on base  in all five of her plate appearances with four  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  double. Those  four  stolen bases gave  her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Amelia Flood, who  went 2-for-3 with one  stolen base, two  RBI,  and one  run.
Oak Knoll's win bumped their record up to 5-10. As for The Pingry School, their loss  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 14-3.
 Coming up, Oak Knoll will welcome Bayonne  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for The Pingry School, they will take on Morris Catholic at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday. The Crusaders' pitching crew has only allowed 2.7  runs per game  this season, so the Big Blue's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
