The Midland Adventist Academy Mustangs can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent match on Saturday. They blew past Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy 45-25. The win was just what Midland Adventist Academy needed coming off of a 59-37 loss in their prior game.
Several Rams players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Teddy Zitron, who scored ten points. Ethan Hobbs was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
Midland Adventist Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Midland Adventist Academy's road trip will continue as they head out to face Ozanam at 4:30 p.m. on January 30th. Hopefully Ozanam focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 last Thursday. As for Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy, they will head out on the road to take on Independence Home School at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Independence Home School will be looking to extend their current 11-game winning streak.
