Franklin has gone a perfect 5-0 against Kenosha Bradford recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Sabers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Red Devils at 4:30 p.m. The timing is sure in Franklin's favor as the team sits on seven straight wins at home while Kenosha Bradford has been banged up by 11 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.
Franklin barely beat Oak Creek the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Sabers blew past the Knights 16-5 on Friday. Considering the Sabers have won six games by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Franklin got a great performance from Sam Ortiz as he didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. What's more, Ortiz posted five strikeouts, the most he's had over his last three matches.

Meanwhile, Kenosha Bradford got themselves on the board against Racine Horlick on Friday, but Racine Horlick never followed suit. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Rebels 2-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Red Devils have posted since May 29, 2024.
Not much got past AJ Oliver, who gave up just a hit and racked up six Ks to keep Racine Horlick off the board. Oliver has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Logan Swank was excellent, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one triple. Julian Gutierrez also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Kenosha Bradford's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Franklin has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .484. It's a different story for Kenosha Bradford, though, as they've only averaged .322. Will they be able to contain Franklin's hitters?
Franklin took their victory against Kenosha Bradford when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 18-9 score. Will the Sabers repeat their success, or do the Red Devils have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
