Everything went their way against Greenwood as Westside made off with a 68-44 win. That's another feather in the cap for Westside, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Westside's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zeke Marshall, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westside will face off against Pickens at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The timing isn't great for Pickens: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while Westside has snatched up five consecutive wins on the road. Hopefully Greenwood is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Easley in South Carolina (Greenwood is ranked 49th, while Easley is ranked 140th).
