Chambers put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the West Mecklenburg Hawks 30-9. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Chambers' victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Chambers will head out on the road to challenge East Mecklenburg at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. East Mecklenburg is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.9 runs per game this season. As for West Mecklenburg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Charlotte at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The game will give West Charlotte their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
