Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Encina Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nate Wroten, who scored 17 points. Those 17 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Sergio De La Cruz, who scored 12 points.
Encina Prep pushed their record up to 7-3 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points per game. As for Sacramento Waldorf, their loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-2.
