It was a good run, but Homer unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to Madison.

While Homer was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-23.

Homer's loss dropped their record down to 18-14-3. As for Madison, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 23-10-2 record this season.
