It was another big night for Kyevi Roane, who scored 21 points along with nine rebounds. The match was his seventh in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dondreas Reese, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds.
When it comes to explaining why Wooster lost, one person who can't be blamed is Brady Bowen. Despite the final result, he scored 17 points along with six rebounds. Anthony Sines was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five rebounds.
Mansfield Senior's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Wooster, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.
Mansfield Senior will finish 2023 at home by hosting West Holmes at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. West Holmes is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. Wooster will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Orrville at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
