For the second straight game, Frisco will face off against Heritage. The Raccoons will square off against the Coyotes at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Frisco is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.2 runs per game this season.

While Frisco's win against Heritage wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Raccoons narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Coyotes 4-3. The win continues a trend for the Raccoons in their matchups with the Coyotes: they've now won four in a row.

Frisco got a big performance out of Mason Mitchell, who went 1-for-2 with one home run. That home run marked the first that Mitchell launched this season. Another player making a difference was Jorge Villareal, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Mitchell wasn't the only one making solid contact: Frisco kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Heritage only managed five hits.

Frisco's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-6. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.5 runs over those games. As for Heritage, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-16-1 record this season.
