Rolla HomeSchool took their contest on the road back in November with ease, bagging a 66-34 victory over Crosspoint Christian. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-10.
Meanwhile, Mid-Missouri HomeSchool entered their tilt with Kansas City East Christian Academy with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. Mid-Missouri HomeSchool strolled past Kansas City East Christian Academy with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 63-48.
Mid-Missouri HomeSchool's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Paul Hayes, who scored 24 points along with four steals. Those 24 points set a new season-high mark for him. Kyle Aulgur was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.
Rolla HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Mid-Missouri HomeSchool, their victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-2.
Things could have been worse for Rolla HomeSchool, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 49-31 loss to Mid-Missouri HomeSchool when the teams last played back in November of 2021. Can Rolla HomeSchool avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
