Zephyrhills Christian Academy has been on the road for two straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. Having just played yesterday, they will get right back to it and host the Cambridge Christian Lancers at 4:30 p.m. on January 18th.
On Wednesday, Zephyrhills Christian Academy came up short against Patel and fell 46-37.
Meanwhile, Cambridge Christian had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.7 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They walked away with a 47-34 victory over Foundation Christian Academy.
Zephyrhills Christian Academy bumped their record down to 0-6 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 20.4 points per game. As for Cambridge Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
