Despite the loss, Guilford still got an impressive performance from Keira Reynolds, who scored 11 points along with seven steals and five rebounds. Reynolds has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophie Creamer, who scored six points along with three steals.
Hand's victory bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Guilford, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.
Hand will stay at home for another game and welcome Hall at 7:00 p.m. on January 27th. As for Guilford, they will head out on the road to face off against Law at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Connecticut (Law is ranked 116th, while Guilford is ranked 111th).
