Gaithersburg sits tied atop the standings with
Northwest.
Quince Orchard outpaced the rest of the league this week, as its three total wins led the league. The Cougars beat
Churchill 5-2,
Rockville 13-3 and
Blair 4-2.
Montgomery's pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing three hits and zero walks to lead the league in both categories.
Five batters hit over .400 this week. Leading the pack was Alex Horick, who hit .667 by going 2-for-3.
Bethesda-Chevy Chase's
