Another player making a difference was John Bingley, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
Highland was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .480. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Holyoke's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Highland, they now have a winning record of 5-4-1.
Holyoke took their win against Highland when the teams last played back in April of 2016 by a conclusive 12-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
