Sadly, the Marceline Tigers are still looking for their first win of the season after 15 games. They fell 71-60 to Fayette on Friday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Fayette found their leader in underclassman Carter Vroman, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 21 rebounds. Payton Oeth was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Marceline's road trip will continue as they head out to face Knox County at 7:30 p.m. on February 13th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Missouri (Knox County is ranked 559th, while Marceline is ranked 563rd).
