The Academy had a senior duo take command as Adrian Gurerro went 6-for-8 to rack up 14 points and five steals and Dominik Konarski shot 86% from the field en route to 15 points and three steals. Konarski's big performance that evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cedric Rathbun, who posted ten points.
Meanwhile, Evergreen came up short against Northglenn on Monday and fell 68-60.
